Simple Paleo Spaghetti Squash


Pasta and any processed grains are completely out on the Palo diet, but that doesn’t mean that people still don’t crave these foods. If you are a major pasta junkie, then this spaghetti squash recipe will make you forget all about processed pasta. It is super similar to pasta and is also super customizable to your tastes and preferences.

1 Spaghetti Squash
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Marinara Sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Next, cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and brush the flesh of the squash with olive oil.
3. Lay the spaghetti squash face down on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Allow the spaghetti squash to cool slightly, then pull the threads of flesh out of the squash with a fork.
5. Add the spices and marinara sauce to the spaghetti squash and mix together in a large bowl.
