Paleo Waffles Recipe


You’ll love these waffles for a special breakfast. Double the batch and freeze extras for a simple breakfast later.

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Toppings: maple syrup, honey, blueberries or strawberries, bananas, clarified butter

Heat up waffle iron. Mix coconut milk, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, almond flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl with hand mixer until well mixed. Stir in baking soda and salt just until mixed. Pour batter into waffle iron and enjoy.

    These taste good but the batter is very runny and sticks very bad to the waffle iron(even after I sprayed it).
