Paleo Vanilla Blueberry Cream Milkshakes


Milkshakes make the perfect dessert. These rich and creamy shakes will make you forget all about full-fat dairy milkshakes. They are full of both flavor and nutrients, and will keep you and your family happy after a delicious dinner.


1 can Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

3 tablespoons Honey

1/2 cup Blueberries

1 Banana

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 tablespoon Almond Butter

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract


  1. Over medium heat in a saucepan add the coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Next, add the cinnamon and blueberries to the mixture after it begins to boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
  4. Next, place the mixture into a freezer-safe container and chill it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. After the mixture has frozen, place 1 can of coconut milk, 1 banana and the frozen mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Serve cold.
