You don’t have to give up this classic holiday treat while you’re following the Paleo diet plan. Consume raw eggs only from a trusted source.
- 12 eggs, preferably free range
- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- dash of nutmeg for each glass
Pour eggs into a blender and blend completely. Add all other ingredients except nutmeg. Serve chilled with nutmeg in each glass.
