Paleo Italian Chicken

 

Chicken is a favorite food of many people. Its very simple to make, and is full of wonderful nutrients without being too fatty. Paleo followers often eat chicken on a weekly basis, and this Italian Chicken recipe will surely become one of their new family meals. Throw all of the ingredients into your slow cooker, and relax as dinner practically makes itself.

 

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

5 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

3 Large Carrots, peeled and chopped

1 White Onion, diced

1 Stalk Celery, diced

 

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar and italian seasoning.
  2. Once combined, add the ingredients to your slow cooker.
  3. Lay the chicken in the slow cooker and sprinkle the garlic over each piece of chicken.
  4. Next, add the remaining vegetables and cover.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
