Paleo Crispy Chicken Strips


Chicken strips are a great mid-week dinner for your family. They are super quick, full of flavor, and can satisfy your cravings for fatty, fried foods. Try this recipe whenever your family is craving fried chicken, and they won’t be disappointed.

1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Egg
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut
½ cup Almond Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
2. Next, cut the chicken breasts into equally sized strips and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, then dip the chicken strips into the egg mixture.
4. Next, mix together the remaining ingredients and dip each egg-washed chicken strip into these ingredients.
5. Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet and bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken are no longer pink in the middle.
