Classic Paleo Molasses Cookies


Molasses cookies are sweet, gooey cookies that are the perfect counterpart to any dinner. These cookies are simple to make, and will help you get your cookie fix while staying on your strict, Paleo diet.


2 Eggs

1 cup Almond Butter

1/4 cup Molasses

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

1/4 cup Almond Flour

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

2 tablespoon Arrowroot Starch

1 teaspoon Baking Soda


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Next, combine the eggs, almond butter and the molasses.
  3. In another bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
  4. Next, add the dry and the wet ingredients together and combine thoroughly.
  5. Form the cookies into equally sized balls, and place them onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
