Gotta-have-em Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes


Who doesn’t love chocolate? These delicious cupcakes are perfect by themselves, or with Paleo-friendly icing. Make these for your next dinner party and your guests will fall in love.


1 cup Almond Flour

1 tablespoon Cane Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1/4 cup Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon Vanilla

2 Eggs


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cane sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Next, combine the chocolate chips and the coconut milk in another medium bowl and melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on 30 second intervals.
  4. Stir the coconut oil into the chocolate and melt again if the coconut oil isn’t softened.
  5. Next, add the eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Next, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly until they are combined.
  7. Pour the batter into lined cupcake tins, then bake for 20 minutes.
