Paleo Beef Taco Bar


Taco night is fun for the whole family. By setting up a simple taco bar, you can have a fun, quick dinner that is also nutritious. This beef taco recipe is perfect for taco night with the family, or for a party with your friends. Follow the recipe exactly, or add your own twist by adding your very own favorite taco toppings.


  • 1 Chuck Roast
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 3 cups Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup White Onion


  1. Place the chuck roast, taco seasoning, salsa and water into your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. To make the taco shells, combine the baking soda, salt, almond flour and coconut flour.
  4. Next, crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk them together with 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then pour 1 cup of the batter into a small skillet.
  6. Cook the tortilla over medium heat, flipping when necessary.
  7. When the beef is finished, layer the beef, lettuce, tomatoes and white onion on the tortillas.
