Paleo Banana Nut Chocolate Muffins

 

Everyone loves sweets, and almost everyone loves banana bread. This recipe combines the wonderful flavors of banana bread with the sweetness of chocolate. It is a perfect recipe for cold winter days when you want something sweet to eat with your morning coffee.

Ingredients:
3 Ripe Bananas
3 Whole Eggs
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Almond Butter
¼ cup Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ cup Paleo Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas then add the eggs, honey, almond butter and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
3. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Next, fold the chocolate chips into the batter and then scoop the batter into 10 muffin cups.
5. Bake for 25 minutes then enjoy!
